I still have not received this product and cannot get a response from multiple emails to company. Talked once never shipped Still says pre-shipment. I don’t know how else to contact. Ordered in August. Didn’t make contact until October. 11/5 still no product or any more responses since . Very disappointed. And owed a lot of money or product.
