You never fulfilled my order

I ordered a pretty large order from you. I contacted you several times on social media to ask about the status of my order and received no response. So a complaint was filed with PayPal and I received my money back. I have ordered from you before. I never had a problem. But I unfollowed you and will not be doing business again.
